Privacy Policy

We, The centre for Change Management Limited, are required to comply with the provisions of the relevant data protection legislation and General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) in relation to how we handle any personal data which we obtain from you. Any personal information gathered will only be used in the context of your studies and accreditation with us.

We will not share your personal information with any third party nor use your personal information for marketing purposes without your permission.

We will use some of your personal information to register you with our accreditation company (ILM) who will issue your certificate on completion of a course or successful assessment. ILM have their own privacy policy with respect to the information they may hold about you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct for use on certificates.

All of your information we collect is either to ensure we can identify you as an individual (e.g. your name, sex and date of birth), or to communicate with you (email and telephone number) or to post a physical certificate (your address). Additionally your email address is used as an identifier to give you access to our online system.

You have the right to have us correct any inadequacies in the personal details we hold, and to object to any direct marketing we carry out using your personal details. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold in our records about you.

C4CM and its agents may use or otherwise process Personal Data so we can:

• fulfil our contractual responsibilities to accreditation bodies and associate training companies, and enable them to fulfil their contractual obligations to candidates.
• provide candidates with details of our products and services where the candidate agrees.
• contact candidates directly by email or post about studying membership, or our quality assurance activities.
• carry out statistical analysis either ourselves or by third parties on our behalf
• give regulatory and industry bodies appropriate Personal Data about learners where there is a contractual or legal requirement specifically to:
  • ensure they can monitor equal opportunities in ethnicity and disability, or for other such monitoring purposes
  • account for learners where there is a requirement to do so
  • allow them to meet the requirement to contact a learner directly, when the information is not readily accessible from another source

Cookie Policy

We use cookies for three purposes:

1. Tracking for Google Analytics - "Google Analytics tracking (and most web tracking software) uses cookies in order to provide meaningful reports about site visitors. However, Google Analytics cookies do not collect personal data about website visitors."
2. When you enter the purchase process we use a cookie to track your session between pages. This contains no personal information and expires when you finish the purchase process.
3. When you complete your purchase we set a cookie for 24 hours which contains the details for your invoice. The enables you to print out the invoice within 24 hours after purchase.

At no point do we store your credit card information in a cookie or in any of our systems. This is all handled by our credit card merchant (PayPal).
